Er, that's not a picture of Pan. Looks like a picture of Pandora. --Patteroast 07:52, 5 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Well spotted! The Singing Badger 14:31, 5 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Not sure of the adj. form. The traditional word is Panic, which obviously won't work in modern English, besides not being the denomymic. A temple to Pan is a Paneion, and a Pan festival is a Paneia. Presumably Panean (pa-nee'-un) would be appropriate. kwami 2005 June 30 00:50 (UTC)

It looks like is subjective, a walnut, an ancient Egyptian scarab, etc.. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 47.154.6.221 (talk) 08:13, 12 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article says it is synchronous. Is this known or assumed? Deuar 21:33, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Roche limit

[edit]

Pan is mentioned in Roche limit. The proximity of Pan to its limit could be mentioned on this page. JDAWiseman (talk) 12:11, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Feature naming

[edit]

Circular ridge around Pan can be named Syringa dorsum (from Greek ΣύριγγαPan flute). --Jugydmort (talk) 00:20, 14 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
