Hello Qurgh, welcome to Wikipedia.

You might find these links helpful: How to edit a page, How to write a great article, Naming conventions, Manual of Style. You should read our policies at some point too.

If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Help desk or (if you want a broader audience) the village pump, or ask me on my talk page. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian!

  • You can introduce yourself on the new users page.
  • You can find lots more information, including open tasks and daily tips, at the Community Portal.
  • You can sign your name using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.
  • Before saving a page, it's a good idea to use the Show preview button to review your edits. Also, consider writing a summary for each edit.
  • The Tutorial is a great way to learn the basics in a more perspicuous fashion.

I'm not vandalizing the article. I'm removing fan-fiction that someone added to it at some point in the past. The weapons in question are not seen in the Star Trek shows, and are thus not "Weapons in Star Trek". They should be removed. I'm also updating the information on the canonical weapons that are seen in the show to include the Klingon language names as given to us by Marc Okrand, the creator of the Klingon language. If you wish to discuss this edits, please use the Talk page for that article. If you can find evidence that those weapons were in the shows, then they should be kept, but the "evidence" for them that is linked is a fan-fiction blog that the author clearly states is "Alternative Universe" and isn't consistent with the shows.
