Where does the date "February 2, 2004" come from? I don't see this in the CIA source. --Wik 23:52, May 17, 2004 (UTC)

On page 3 of the CIA's Chiefs of State & Cabinet Members directory [1] is states "Information received as of 2 February 2004 has been used in preparation of this directory." This is the newest single document I know of with the info. Some of seperate country files were out of date when I started this, tho I see South Africa's been updated since then, and is now correct.
Should we delete the last known date in office and "present", just leave it empty? -- Jeandré, 2004-05-18t12:03z, 2004-05-19t22:26z
Yes, that's better. The CIA does not immediately receive information about all changes, so it's not certain that everyone listed was still in office on February 2. --Wik 22:31, May 19, 2004 (UTC)

Worst. Formatting. Ever.

[edit]

This must be one of the worst formatting I ever saw on Wikipedia. Can somebody make the tables more uniform?

Maybe something like this: Minister_of_Finance_(New_Zealand) or Treasurer_of_Australia —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.69.13.58 (talkcontribs) 15:03, 9 August 2006.

Sounds like you have volunteered yourslf for the job! Good luck :) --BrownHairedGirl 15:23, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
See Cambodia, Cameroon, and Canada for a pretty layout. Being static it removes all the advantages of a liquid design. -- Jeandré, 2007-09-29t09:05z

Color codes = inaccessible.

[edit]

This article isn't accessible to visually impaired individuals, whose screen readers will not tell them what text is highlighted. I'd fix it myself, but I have to run. Omphaloscope talk 21:10, 6 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The new notes column will be used to indicate Rio and WSSD attendees. -- Jeandré, 2008-01-20t20:58z

Scotland

[edit]

Scotland Minister for Environment added but can someone put it in standard format? Too much for me!

Done. -- Jeandré, 2007-08-05t07:58z

Move back to all years?

[edit]

The move to 2007 with the removal of the historical information hasn't been followed up. Any objections to taking it back to the "ugly" tables version? -- Jeandré, 2007-08-05t07:58z

Done. -- Jeandré, 2007-09-29t08:44z

United States

[edit]

I believe the US equivalent of "Minister of the Environment" would be the Secretary of the Interior, not the head of the EPA.—Chowbok 21:53, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That sounds about right. The EPA is a government agency and thus lower down the chain of command. Stefán Örvar Sigmundsson (talk) 18:33, 27 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Germany section

The Germany section is a mess. I tried and failed. Can someone fix the formatting, please? Thanks! Jessicapierce (talk) 22:35, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
