It seems pretty sure this H. Mori (an amateur astronomer) is not the same as the geophysicist Hiroshi Mori oft-quoted in the NASA ADS. His home page is http://www.ehime-u.ac.jp/~cutie/english/mori.html

On the other hand, it is quite obviously the owner of this page: http://www.tvg.ne.jp/h-mori/asteroid-1.htm which lists the asteroids found at Yorii Observatory.
