Removal of 'peacock word' notice on Mauritius page

[edit]

Hi Mfolozi,

I just wanted to stop by and ask about your recent edit to the Mauritius page in which you removed a peacock word template I had added a while back, explaining my reasons for doing so on the talk page for the article. You didn't give any reason for removing the template either in your edit summary or on the talk page, and it seems to me that the concerns I raised have yet to be addressed (please refer to WP:Avoid peacock terms if you're unfamiliar with the concept).

So if you would be so kind as to add your comments either here, on the article talk page, or on my user talk page, we can move the discussion forward and come to a resolution. Thanks! --jonny-mt 02:49, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thanks for replacing the template. And don't worry about missing my comment on the talk page; when I went to double-check that I had indeed commented, I noticed that I put my note at the top of the page rather than at the bottom where it belongs. So ten demerits to me :) --jonny-mt 05:20, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Celeris/redirects listed at Redirects for discussion

[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Celeris/redirects. Since you had some involvement with the Celeris/redirects redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). 147.70.242.54 (talk) 20:23, 24 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:PutOption.png

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:PutOption.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
