For future reference the {{expand}} tag seems to be the preferred choice when the information on the subject that is lacking is known. There was a stub tag and the note in the article that read Specifically, it is missing information about the part south of Elizabeth. This is information cleaner to have in the talk page and this article seems to be beyond a stub.
