English variation
[edit]Note: I created this page using British English; however, I am American, so if there are any Americanisms in this page, please convert to Britishisms (I hope that's a word). Hermione1980 20:58, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- As far as I know, Britishims isn't a word, but I'm sure we'll forgive you. ;) (Jamandell (d69) 00:12, 11 November 2005 (UTC))
Differences in versions?
[edit]I own both the original PoA game and the version included in the World of Harry Potter set, and they are exactly the same, as far as spells go. I'm not sure what version the person who added the 'differences' section was using, but I've never seen any differences. If anyone else has, please feel free to readd it.
Also, I deleted a section about 'Azkaban vs Goblet'/'Controversy' as it was rather poorly written and was mostly opinion. Also feel free to rewrite and reinclude it if it's truly encyclopedic. Hermione1980 00:38, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
I don't know where else to put this, so I'll put it here. There were many inaccuracies in this article, including the fact that it was about the PC game (it wasn't) and the exclusion of some spells...I am still working on it. Hem hem 02:29, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
Now I've finished working for now, the article is not based on mainly one now but both. I think providing the PC and console information will not confuse people. 24.23.220.206 22:58, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
GBA Version
[edit]I've played the console version on Gamecube, which is the same as the PC one I guess, but the GBA one is significantly different. For one, it's an RPG, for antoher, not all the spells and stuff listed are in is. Should there be a brief description of the GBA version? --Thaddius 13:11, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
Mario and Luigi similarity
[edit]The order/ability system in overworld for Harry/active partner is, indeed, similar to Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga (and later games of Marui and Luigi, up to Inside Story). - 46.173.4.68 (talk) 11:57, 4 January 2014 (UTC)
Creatures
[edit]I added skeletons and bundimuns. If anyone knows any more from the PC only plz add.
Platform
[edit]By "PC" do you mean Windows? Or Linux or OSX? SharkD Talk 01:39, 5 January 2016 (UTC)

C-class
[edit]@Lee Vilenski: I reassessed this article and I think it should stay as C-Class right now, for the following reasons:
- No development information. We've only got a release section, and that has unsourced information in it.
- No gameplay section. There's a plot section but the article should explain the game's mechanics, etc.
- The reception is monotonous. There's no connection between each review and it's very much "x said y". (also, the quote box isn't adding much)

- Hi Anarchyte - Thank you for your time. I'll look at these issues in time. Thanks for your review. Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:14, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
Request to add myself to credits
[edit]Hi
I was the Senior Producer on the PC version of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban at Electronic Arts.
Heres a link to the credits sequence - at 5m 3s the credits role and all the EA production team on the game are listed.

My request is that I be added to the Producer(s) section. Thanks Stuwhyte (talk) 15:27, 17 April 2024 (UTC)
