[edit]

Why the Fuck is there not even a group foto, as it needs in every sitcom, series here from Seinfeld to Malcolm in the Middle to Futurama

DVD Sales

[edit]

Where is the source for the DVD sales being slow? Where I'm from they were all sold out.

Was this Aaron Spelling's 2nd longest running show (after 7th Heaven)?

Merger proposal from List of Beverly Hills, 90210 home video releases

[edit]

I propose to merge List of Beverly Hills, 90210 home video releases into Beverly Hills, 90210. The article itself is short and its information can be embed on the main article of the series, as per Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Television#DVD and Blu-ray releases. The source page has a table, but collapsing may be helpful. Cvhcsee (talk) 17:54, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Performing the moving merge per WP:SILENCE. Cvhcsee (talk) 17:59, 13 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Cast table objections

[edit]

We have an objection to the current cast table. The replacement table is unacceptable as both non-standard for TV cast tables, and for being substantially less "readable" than the current versions. I absolutely strongly oppose that change.

Note that we, at this article, do not need to "note" "mid-season" cast changes – that should be dealt with at the List of characters article, and it probably beyond the scope of what a simple cast table can do here.

I only see three options here:

  1. leave the cast table as is (though fix the cast ordering),
  2. add "notes" to the cast table to note when people actually left the show (see List of The Next Step characters for an example of this), or
  3. replace the cast table with (short) prose character summaries (leaving a cast table at the List of characters article).

My personal vote is for Option #1 or Option #3. --IJBall (contribstalk) 00:36, 23 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Cast table followup

[edit]

As List of Beverly Hills, 90210 characters exists, the best course of action here is to move the cast table to the List of characters (LoC) article, and replace it with a simple list at this article. That is the preferred formulation for this sort of thing under MOS:TVCAST anyway...

I've there are no objections offered here, I will likely move the cast table to LoC article in a few weeks... --IJBall (contribstalk) 12:18, 6 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Reading of the title

[edit]

Can we add a note that 90210 is read nine oh two one oh and not something like ninety twentyone zero or similar (different languages split this number differently). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.146.199.174 (talk) 10:14, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps – it would probably require a WP:Reliable source to back it up. --IJBall (contribstalk) 14:03, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
90210_(TV_series) has that in the introduction. Without a source. Štefan Gurský (talk) 17:23, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Sourcing for "Novelizations"

[edit]

Right now, the novelizations section is sourced to "thriftbooks", a retail website. This seems less than ideal.

What would the preferred type of reference for this be? Worldcat? Goodreads? The full text at the Internet Archive? A site like Fantastic Fiction? Walsh90210 (talk) 16:53, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
